CUT MY UTILITY BILL

I work for a large west coast municipal utility company, and I am asked on a daily basis how can I lower my utility bill. As a company we have suggestions such as reducing lawn watering times, use lower watt bulbs, shorten shower times etc. etc.. Then we have stories from our customers how they lowered their bills.
